Julia started her career in the public sector before moving into the world of consulting 15 years ago, working across the public, private and third sectors. As a business owner, Julia understands firsthand the challenges that leaders face and she is especially passionate about working with business leaders and executives to inspire them to maximise their potential and achieve excellence.

Julia has developed a reputation as an excellent communicator and facilitator, because of this she is well known for drawing the best out of people. She has delivered training interventions that have helped individuals and companies raise their performance level and enhance productivity.
Julia has received business awards, has spoken at conferences internationally and been a guest speaker on radio and television. Julia holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development, is CIPD qualified, a trained Investor In People Assessor and Belbin Facilitator; and is an accredited assessor and internal verifier for NVQ awards. Julia has also held a number of non-executive director roles over the years and is currently a non exec in the housing sector.
